Refund & Return Policy
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these steps for an easy refund or return procedure
Step 1
⦁ Receive your order
⦁ Check the seal of your parcel is intact.
NOTE: In case the packaging is torn or the seal is broken, do not accept the order.
Step 2
⦁ Make sure you do not receive an empty parcel.
NOTE: If you have ordered a bigger product, you should feel the size and weight of the box inside while receiving it from the rider to be sure your parcel was not harmed or changed during shipment.
Step 3
⦁ Before opening your parcel, record a clear video.
NOTE: Make sure you show the entire parcel clearly; this is your proof if anything is wrong with the product or packing.
Our refund policy allows you to exchange or return a product in three situations.
1) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT:
- If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, Tekfyx will arrange a free pickup and shipping from the customer’s location.
- Once we receive the wrong product, we will either dispatch the right product or process a refund within 3 working days, as per the customer’s request.
- The product must be unused, with the packaging intact.
- All supporting documents, including the purchase invoice, price tags, labels, warranty card, as well all accessories, should be dispatched with the product that was included at the time of delivery.
2) THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR WANTS TO CANCEL:
- If the customer changes their mind about the order, they can request a refund within 3 days of delivery, as long as the product packaging remains unopened.
- However, if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or the product is found to be used, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
- In the case of a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
3) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT:
- Customers can request a refund if they receive damaged goods; however, they must provide video proof of this.
- It is recommended that customers record a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product from its delivery packaging. This video will serve as proof that the product was received in a damaged condition.
- For high-end products: product performance-related issues, refunds, replacements, or repair services will be decided and given by our Aftersales department.
- If video proof is not provided, or if the video is recorded after the product has already been unboxed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased from Tekfyx will only be handled by the https://tekfyx.com/ team and not by any other authorized store.
